Recruitment and Registration
All schools in Washington State with students in Grades 6, 8, 10, or 12 are eligible to participate in the Healthy Youth Survey 2004. Additionally, some schools will be randomly selected to be part of statewide, countywide, or ESD-wide samples. Participation in the survey is free to all participating schools. Student participation is voluntary and anonymous. Recruitment and registration materials will be sent to all eligible schools in January 2004.
