RMC Research is collaborating with Facet Innovation to implement Effects of Coaching, a 5-year research project conducted by Spokane Public Schools (Washington) and Facet Innovation and funded by the National Science Foundation. This research investigates the ways in which instructional coaching that utilizes lesson study, grade level team capacity building, and assessment data-driven dialogue can result in measurable improvements in lesson design and delivery among teachers and achievement among students. RMC Research is primarily responsible for providing formative feedback to project leadership from data collected from key stakeholders.
